The Deposit Requirement
A refundable Minimum Group Deposit (MGD) of £75.00 is required for all School Group Admission bookings (Tier 1). This deposit secures your preferred attendance slot and confirms your school's commitment to the visit, allowing us to manage capacity effectively for the subsidised student places.
This deposit is fully or partially refundable based on the actual number of students who attend the event.
MGD Refund Schedule
The refund amount is determined by the minimum group size requirement of 15 students.
